Barbara C. Scotland

The Howard V. Scotland, Jr. and III Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 2014 by Barbara Scotland in memory of her father, Howard V. Scotland, Jr., and her brother, Howard V. Scotland III. This award supports business administration and legal studies majors who reside in Southern Maryland.
