Jay Lilly, CSM alumnus ‘75 and owner of Coldwell Banker Jay Lilly Real Estate established the “Reward for Referral” Program in partnership with the CSM Foundation. Launched in 2012, this program supports the College’s General Scholarship Fund with Mr. Lilly donating ten percent of the commission from qualifying real estate bought or sold to the CSM Foundation. Additionally, ten percent of the commissions from the real estate bought or sold by Coldwell Banker Jay Lilly Real Estate will be
presented to you. In order for your real estate purchase or sale to qualify for the “Reward for Referral” program, the transaction must
meet the following criteria:
 The property must be located in Calvert, Charles or St. Mary’s County.
 Property is sold and settled and a commission is received by Coldwell Banker Jay Lilly Real Estate.
 The listing and or/sale of the property is by a CSM employee, student or friend of the college as a result of a referral source that indicates that they are supporting the College.
