Michelle & Bix Goodwin and John & Lynn Hess

Anna Mae Ziencik Hess was a devoted mother of three that grew up in New Kensington, PA. With a passion for learning, at the age of 41, she returned to college and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairmont State University, WV. For 25 years, she owned and operated AMH Tax Accounting Services. A devout Catholic, Anne Mae always looked toward helping the underserved. In her memory, the Anna Mae Ziencik Hess Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to provide assistance for returning adults who have barriers in completing their goals for higher education.
