The Waugh Family

The Sidney J. and Mary K. Memorial Scholarship was stablished by the Waugh family in memory of Sidney J. and Mary K. in support of credit and workforce development students who reside in the Bel Alton /Newburg areas of Charles County, with preference given to residents of Newburg.
