CSM Presidential Scholars Program

The Presidential Scholars Program at the College of Southern Maryland offers high-achieving Calvert County students the unique opportunity to engage with a community of scholars. Combining rigorous classroom instruction with enriching programming, the Presidential Scholars Program leads to an Associate in Arts degree, with guaranteed transfer to over 60 colleges and universities. To support your academic work at the College of Southern Maryland, scholarship support is provided by the Florence B. Trueman Scholarship Fund of Calvert County.

Applicants must be residents of Calvert County, be ranked in the top 15% of their graduating high school class, demonstrate college readiness, plan to enroll as a full-time student at CSM and take a majority of their classes at the Prince Frederick Campus.
