Captain Billy Robertson Scholarship Endowment Fund. Student must be a Tri- County resident and must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Student must also demonstrate financial need and can be either full-time or part-time. This scholarship requires a 250-word essay outlining the academic goals of the student. Preference will be given to students who have a history of affiliation with the Captain Billy’s restaurant, or other criteria as determined by the Donor.
