St. Mary’s County Government Endowed Scholarship. Must be a St. Mary’s County resident. Must be enrolled half-time. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA from high school or transfer college OR 2 letters of recommendation from professional sources if minimum GPA was not attained within the 10 year period preceding date of application. Must demonstrate financial need.
