Faculty Senate Scholarship
The Faculty Senate Scholarship is awarded to qualified applicants upon approval by the Faculty Senate. Student nominees must have completed at least 12 credits at CSM with a minimum GPA of 3.5 prior to applying for the scholarship. Applicants must submit an essay describing themselves and their career / educational goals, submit 2 faculty references. Please make sure that you request 2 letters of recommendations from CSM faculty members and follow up to make sure they are submitted by the professors.

- Please provide a 250 word maximum essay describing yourself, your career and educational goals. Also include a description of any barriers you have faced and overcome to get to this point in your academic journey.
- Please provide a list of your participation in organizations, committees and other extra-curricular activities. Additionally, please include any awards or recognition received. Dates of involvement in organizations, committees and extra-curricular activities or receipt of awards/recognition should be included.
