L.K. Farrall III Memorial Scholarship. Must be a Charles County resident. May be enrolled either part-time or full-time. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA in prior study and must mantain a minimum 2.75 GPA. Must be from a single parent household. Must demonstrate financial need.
