Theresa Y. Banks & Jacques T. Banks Memorial Scholarship

The Theresa Y. Banks Memorial Scholarship will provide scholarship assistance to Charles County residents who are majoring in teacher education. Applicants must possess and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to students who are pursuing elementary education and who demonstrate financial need.
