Jane Hale Sypher Scholarship. Must be a St. Mary’s County resident for at least 5 years. Must be at least 25 years of age. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to displaced homemakers an/or single parents. Preference given to part time students. Must demonstrate financial need.
