Charles Pilkerton Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial assistance for tuition, fees, books, and other related educational expenses for students enrolled in the Commercial Driver’s License program at the College of Southern Maryland. Eligible students must reside in St. Mary’s County, with preference given to students who reside in the Seventh District* or Leonardtown and provide a statement explaining how this scholarship will help them achieve their career goals. Preference will also be given to students who demonstrate a financial need.
