Leonardtown Rotary Flags For Heroes Scholarship seeks to provide financial assistance for tuition, fees, and books for students at the College of Southern Maryland. Applicants must be a resident of St. Mary’s County, possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, possess and maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and be a veteran or the dependent (spouse or child) of an active duty or retired military service member.
