Sidney J. and Mary K. Waugh Memorial Scholarship (Continuing Education Students)

The Sidney John Francis Waugh, Jr. Memorial Scholarship fund was established by the Waugh family in memory of Sidney Waugh. Students need to enroll in select CSM Career Development courses where tuition plus fees is $300 or more. This scholarship will provide financial assistance for tuition, fees, and books for either credit or continuing education courses for students residing in the Bel-Alton/Newburg areas of Charles County. Must demonstrate financial need.
