James “Jay” Harold Hills Memorial Scholarship
The James “Jay†Harold Hills Memorial Scholarship will provide scholarship assistance to students in the Commercial Truck Driver Training program. The scholarship was established by Annie Hills in memory of her beloved husband, Jay. Eligible students must be a resident of Southern Maryland, have a high school diploma or its equivalent and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must submit an essay explaining financial need and how this scholarship will help them achieve their career goals.
